Overview
Our vision, as part of Raymond James Investment Services, is to be a financial services firm as unique as the people we serve, transforming lives, businesses, and communities through the power of personal relationships and professional advice. As part of our efforts to ensure that we achieve our vision, and to help us ensure the principle of Consumer Duty is embedded within our organisation, we conduct a regular Client Opinion Survey. This survey was conducted online in January and February 2022. Our aim was to monitor client satisfaction feedback, understand what is important to clients and identify where improvements could be made.
